Our superb Westphalian Rye Bread is 100% rye, NO WHEAT!  This rye bread is made in the “finest Westphalian tradition” using our homemade natural sourdough recipe that has been handed down for 6 generations. This rye bread is high in dietary fiber and delivers a delicious mild sourly taste.

An excellent bread to have with all kinds of cheeses, fish, cold cuts, jams and simply butter.

By the way, do you know that rye contains about 70% less gluten than wheat!
